Carol Allison - Client Care Manager
Carol brings over fifteen years travel experience to CTA Travel. Carol has experience with hosting groups and in coordinating student travel. Carol's main focus is coordinating CTA Travel's Client Care Program and working in the back office.

Craig Anderson - Travel Professional
Craig brings over 23 years experience to the CTA Travel Team. Craig's great customer service skills have enabled him to excel in both corporate and leisure travel. Having visited over 25 states, Craig is an expert in Travel America and is a Certified Hawaii Specialist.

Lani Burns - Travel Professional
Lani has worked in the travel industry for several years, both in Hawaii and the mainland United States. She has come to firmly believe that travel is a very fulfilling and important part of life, whether its a first trip to Hawaii, China, or Egypt. She has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Mexico, Central America, and most recently, Ireland.

Justin Dolan - Corporate Manager
Justin exemplifies the true spirit of customer service and enthusiasm as our Corporate Manager. Justin has traveled extensively through the world and brings expert knowledge of international and luxury travel. Justin is a Certified Hawaii and Mexico Expert and specializes in exotic travel.

Julia Doyle - Travel Professional
Julia has been in the travel industry for over 18 years. Julia is an expert in Caribbean and Adventure Travel and in European Independent Travel. Julia is also a Certified Hawaii and Mexico expert. Julia is bilingual being fluent in English and Spanish. Julia's broad travel experience brings a wealth of knowledge to her leisure clients.

Jeffrey Frankfort - Marketing Coordinator
Jeffrey has worked in the travel industry for 5 years and joins the CTA Travel team with vast marketing and computer experience. He is a graduate from the University of California Santa Barbara and is very knowledgeable in South African and European travel.

Cathie Fryer - President
Cathie has over 25 years experience in the travel industry, specializing in corporate and incentive travel. Her certifications include Incentive and Meeting Planning Specialist, Focal Point Computer System Certification and Hawaii/Cruise Specialist. Her affiliations and associations include IATAN, ASTA, and CLIA.

Lucille Garrish- Travel Professional
Lucille is a graduate from the Pacific Travel Trade School in Costa Mesa and has been a Travel Professional since 1995. She is a Disney Specialist, an Outrigger Specialist and a Fairmont Famous Agent, making Lucille an expert in Hawaii, Mexico and the Caribbean.

Rosie Lozano - Office Coordinator
Rosie is fairly new to the travel industry but has extensive knowledge about travel through Mexico and Central America. As a bilingual employee, speaking both English and Spanish, Rosie is an integral part of the CTA Travel team.

Kelly Miller - Director of Operations
Kelly has over 25 years experience in the travel industry. Her training includes Apollo, Sabre, Client Base Plus, and TRAMS. Kelly's extensive experience in all areas of the travel including sales, accounting and management, have enabled her to excel in travel accounting and operations.

Annmarie Vaughn - Travel Professional
Ann Marie has been in the travel industry for 16 years and is thoroughly enjoying the experience! Having a strong knowledge of Apollo, with an extensive background in leisure travel, she takes pride in delivering excellent customer service to both our corporate and leisure clientele. Ann Marie specializes in cruises, family and honeymoon travel.

Ester Watson - Travel Professional
Ester has been with CTA Travel since 1986 and is bilingual in Korean. By traveling extensively throughout North America with her daughter, Ester is an expert vacation planner for families with young children traveling to Hawaii, Mexico and the Caribbean.
